As a systemic consultant, facilitator, and coach, I help leaders and organisations evolve to do more purposeful work and create the right conditions for positive impact. With 20 years of experience from elite institutions and organisations, I have built deep expertise in organisational culture, strategy, and systemic change. It's my belief that most organisations hold immense untapped potential, hidden under systemic dynamics. I'm on a mission to change that!
