Hi, I'm Line

I'm a systemic consultant and a  transformative coach, working with leaders and organisations to overcome old patterns, setting them free to be the fullest and most purposeful expression of themselves.

A thought leader within organisational culture, I'm passionate about translating complex ideas, making systemic practice accessible for practical application, and I love speaking and writing on the subject.

My love of learning runs deep (nerds are the new black!), and my biggest hope in life is that I will continue to learn happily ever after.

I believe we're in the midst of a transition, from old paradigms that are fighting tooth and nail to persevere, to new ones that have yet to fully unfold. This in-between period creates discomfort and unease on many levels, which we witness daily on the global stage. The brilliant news is that we can co-create what's to come. My role is to facilitate leaders and organisations to level up so that they cultivate the courage to let go of what is no longer serving them (and the planet) and intentionally create the new from a higher level of consciousness.

A career in two paragraphs...

I leapt into my career at the age of 18, learning the ins and outs of business. I did everything I thought I should be doing, which, a decade in, turned out to be a slow route to unhappiness. I started learning about coaching, psychology, philosophy, and spirituality. I faced the discomfort of questioning what I knew to be true (a process that never ends), and experienced transformation as a result. I became a systemic practitioner, learning the universal principles of organisational systems. I started looking for a different way of doing business. Where organisationans and their cultures aren't toxic and making people sick, but rather generative vehicles for our collective growth, innovation, and desire to make a positive impact.

I have felt myself how unrealised thought disguised as stubborn patterns can blindfold us, even when we know better. I have driven complex culture transformations in large organisations, and I deeply appreciate their latent potential and natural instinct to protect themselves. I know the courage it takes for a leader to follow their own inclination that there must be a better way. To move away from the safety of belonging and dare forge a new path. I have had the honoured position of trusted adviser, and I have seen the light switch on in people's faces enough times to know that that is all I ever want to do. I humbly hope to contribute to reimagining what's possible when we set ourselves and each other free.

Bits and pieces

I'm from Denmark, and am based in central Copenhagen. I've lived in France, the UK, and the US. I've been fortunate to learn from and work with incredible people who are some of the best facilitators, coaches, and systemic practitioners out there. I draw on this expansive network when I work on larger engagements, making for great collaborations and client solutions.

After my MBA (2011) I went into financial services to work with ESG. I figured if we could change the way we allocated capital, we could drive real change in the world. The realisation that whether that was possible was ultimately down to the mindset and values of portfolio managers and investors, moved me to retrain as a coach and systemic practitioner, and landed me in this field of organisational culture and change that has since become a vocation.

I LOVE books. Some think it's an issue, I choose to think it's charming. I've taught non-fiction writing in Paris, and do the occasional book editing (you know, for fun). I will forever insist that AI can't replace human sensibility in writing, and that physical books beat ebooks any day of the week. I dream of hosting more writing workshops (which means I probably will).

Whatever brought you this far, I hope we'll have an opportunity to work together.

You seem like my kind of people.
